"This would be an awesome product were it not for the subscription model required to compete in most 2+ players modes. I feel deceived by all the internet ads and youtube videos for this expensive products which doesn't allow me to create my own challenges promised in the ads. My kids love the product so I chose not to return it but it would be just to allow at least unlimited 2 player mode creation without subscription (only random mode is free)."
"I purchased these for my children as something fun to do over the Summer. Something they can set up and challenge themselves for improvement. Well, you pay a premium and then are let down in multiple ways. First - the pods do not connect well to tablets. When my daughter wants to set them up, it is quite a process to make sure they are disconnected from my son's tablet. Second - you have to pay to PLAY! That's right. $1,000 product and then there is a subscription fee if you want to do ANYTHING other than random. Example: my son is in soccer and likes to do the Beep test. Want to do that on the Blazepods? Sure, just pay the subscription fee. Third - cannot track progress. . . well, you can if you pay the subscription fee. Having nearly everything behind a paywall is absolutely absurd for an item that costs ~$1,000."

"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a limitation imposed on the software accompanying your product, which I have recently purchased. First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge that the product itself is of excellent quality. It performs reliably and delivers impressive results. I am pleased with the equipment and its capabilities. However, I must raise a serious concern regarding the blade pod app. Despite having purchased the equipment outright—thereby making it my property—I am unable to create even a single training scheme without subscribing to a periodical fee. This restriction is both unexpected and disappointing. It is my understanding that ownership of the hardware should reasonably include access to basic software functionalities, particularly those essential to the product’s core use. The inability to create a training scheme without an ongoing payment undermines the value of the purchase and places undue limitations on the end user. Thank you Nikos"

"The pods are amazing. Very useful in getting the youth sports team I coach excited about doing training as the interaction correlates to their interests in a ""video game like"" situations. The pods come well packed and the bundles offer good value. The only reason for 4 opposed to 5 stars is because there is not very helpful instructions to get started once you open the box. It is a little ""figure it out"" / ""visit our website"" to get moving. Also, the limited amount of free drills is frustrating after spending a fairly significant investment in the technology. There should be tiered options for website subscription levels. Again, I am not a training pro that needs 100% of features, but could use more options as a youth sports coach at a resonable level of spend. Regardless, I would purchase these again and recommend for other youth sport coaches."
