Sales Manager

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a hungry, yet experienced sales manager to join our growing US based team. BlazePod USA is located in San Diego, California known for active lifestyles and a thriving hub for technology, innovation and fitness organizations. We are looking for someone to manage key partnerships and help drive sales across our various distribution channels. The Sales Manager will nurture our current US distribution partners as well as seek out new partnerships across the sport, fitness, medical and military channels. As a sales manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company reach our revenue goals as well as help shape the US strategy as we continue to grow and join in building the US sales team from a startup Level.

What will you do?
  • Manage key distribution partnerships across all channels
  • Manage outside rep groups across all channels
  • Represent the brand at events, potential speaking slots and demonstrations 
  • Own Institutional sales across Professional and collegiate levels
  • Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across sales and with other functions to drive performance improvement.
  • Project management with our different internal service providers
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams around working with and onboarding new partners 
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
  • Great communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to strategize and suggest ideas based on current and historical data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Sports and fitness enthusiast - a big plus!
  • Experiencein business positions within the sports, performance and/or fitness industry
  • Sales or account management 
  • Ability to present and demonstrate both virtually and in live meetings from 1on1 to large audiences
  • Great interpersonal skills and a true team player
  • Good at establishing and developing long term relationship with people
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the USA to attend events and represent the brand in front of channels and users
  • Ability to manage processes, work under defined budget, and constantly report re progress.
