Partners Account Manager

What are we looking for?

A passionate, experienced, independent Partners Account Manager to join our sales team. As a PAM you will be responsible for managing the growing global network of distribution partners and serve as the company’s main point of contact for our partners. The Partners Account Manager is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring they remain part of the BlazePod family for the long-term.

What will you do?
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the partners’ accounts you will manage
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize partners’ performance
  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of partners’ orders
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Make sure the partners are constantly updated with existing and upcoming BlazePod offerings, marketing assets and messaging rules
  • Develop new business with existing partners and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Product Development)
  • Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Require to travel occasionally to meet partners and potential partners
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an international Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs A team player, positive “can-do” attitude, independent and self-managed person
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English – a must.

  • Experience with ecommerce or consumer products – advantage
  • Experience in the sport, fitness or therapy markets – advantage
