Customer Support Manager

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate hands-on individual to lead our customer support department. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure high-level support/communication and report directly to the COO.The role includes communication with a wide variety of worldwide customers through online tickets, offering technical assistance and providing clients with sufficient and adequate information according to their immediate requirements.

What will you do?
  • Lead, train and manage a team of representatives. 
  • Be in charge of the support protocols and procedures.
  • Be involved in determining the companys’ KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain a high-level of user satisfaction.
  • Ensure excellent service standards for the support department, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide professional responses to escalated user issues through a customer support management platform.
Requirements
  • Native English speaker
  • A problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and passionate about helping people
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experienced as a customer support/account manager/Customer success - a Must
  • Experience in managing a team or representatives - a plus
  • Sports and fitness enthusiast - a big plus!
