What are we looking for

A passionate, experienced, independent, hands-on Content Writer to join our Marketing team. As a BlazePod content writer, you’ll understand the brand language and implement it along the marketing channels. Owning the brand messaging to potential and existing users, conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and writing content that helps drive conversions based on the organization’s goals. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Implement brand strategy and messaging throughout all content channels
  • Write and edit entertaining and informative website content
  • Create marketing messages that connect with our customer base
  • Write copy for the BlazePod app, website, social media platforms, performance marketing, direct communications, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Developing and writing new content assets such as blogs, newsletters, emails and more based on our user journey and product marketing needs
  • Technical writing that helps our SEO needs
  • Be an important member of the Marketing Team and work closely with other teams
  • Research and gather data from the product and data teams to write informed, data-driven content
  • Engage in regular discussions with the product and data teams to stay updated on product features and performance metrics
  • Identify customer needs and content gaps through data analysis and recommend new topics
  • Find and develop new ideas for content by analyzing industry trends and customer feedback

The qualifications you’ll need

  • Native English Speaker (must)
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in writing e-commerce content, preferably in tech settings
  • Experience in writing short-form website copy
  • Experience in Performance Marketing (videos, paid ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media
  • A true passion for writing

  • Outstanding oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, able to find opportunities and take initiative
