I have some of the most hyperactive kids, full of a lot of energy. I am thinking of enrolling them in exercise and training classes for kids to vent their energy. Is exercise really good for kids?

Training kids has a number of health benefits. Exercise helps strengthen the muscles, build endurance, increase stamina, and reinforce bones. It is also great for regulating blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Maintaining a healthy body weight is also easy with exercise. It even helps increase self-esteem and confidence in kids.
Starting regular exercise from a young age helps tremendously with sports performance later in life and helps refine coordination and improve body awareness.
